Who we are
This site is published by Orbital Quantum Inc. as an Orbital Quantum initiative. This notice explains how enquiries sent through this site are handled. It supplements the main Orbital Quantum privacy notice.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we receive the enquiry type, your name, email address, optional company or organisation, your message, and the address of the page you sent it from. We ask you not to include classified, export-controlled or otherwise sensitive technical information.
How it is handled
Your enquiry is sent over HTTPS to Orbital Quantum's server at orbitalquantum.com and delivered by email to the Orbital Quantum team's Google Workspace mailbox. The enquiry service does not keep its own copy of your message: it records only a request identifier, the enquiry type, the site it came from and whether delivery succeeded. Your connection's IP address is used briefly in memory to limit abuse and is not stored by the enquiry service; our hosting providers' standard access logs may record it.
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and to keep a record of the correspondence. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or session-recording tools. Fonts are served from this site.
Service providers
Enquiry email is handled by Google Workspace; the enquiry service runs on Amazon Web Services; this site is hosted by Namecheap. Information may be processed in Canada and in other countries where these providers operate, including the United States.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing partnership@orbitalquantum.com. This notice is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
